In accordance with State law (AB X1 26), the Dixon RDA is dissolved as of 2/1/2012 and is legally not able to enter into any new contracts or obligations prior to that date. The City Council will act as the successor agency to resolve current affairs of the RDA subsequent to 2/1/2012. See the RDA Status updates section below for additional information.
